Effective and impactful leadership is key to any organisation’s success. Patrick works with CEOs and senior leaders to help them grow and develop. And he supports emerging talent to hone their leadership skills before stepping up into senior roles, often as CEOs for the first time.
His approach is grounded in his own experience of starting up, scaling up and leading twelve social enterprises – co-operatives, companies and charities.
